IRRIGATION MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT

 

This agreement between LawnWorx, LLC and ___________________________(Customer) is valid for one year from October 1, 2007 to September 30, 2008. The contract consists of the following services listed:

 

1. Spring Irrigation Start-Up (Gold, Silver and Bronze Plans)

Turn on and run thru all zones.

Check and adjust heads as needed.

Check main for leaks and damage.

Program timer.

 

2. Summer System Check-up (Per customer request, Gold and Silver Plans)

Run thru irrigation system to verify that it is running and watering at peak performance.

Evaluate irrigation coverage to lawn, beds, and shrubs.

Check and adjust heads as needed.

 

3. Winterization of System (Gold, Silver and Bronze Plans)

Air compress all main lines, valves and heads.

Ensure system is free from water.

Uninstall Backflow Assembly (when necessary).

Shut down controller.

 

4. Backflow Prevention Certification Test (Gold Plan)

This is required by city ordinances and is done annually. This test will be done when the city notifies the client.

You are also provided additional benefits and savings with this annual service agreement. They are as follows:

Priority scheduling when emergency visits and repair work need to be done.

Priority scheduling for new work such as moving heads, controllers, reconfiguration of system, etc.

Special discounts:  10% off on labor and materials

 

Service agreement charges are due in advance at the beginning of the contract.  Please indicate the service plan desired:

I agree to the above contract services and understand that LawnWorx, LLC has the right to change services or fees with prior notification to me. I understand that without prior notification from me, this contract will automatically renew on the initiation date.
